Bank reconciliation

From bank statement to accounting review

Prepare an Excel, CSV, FEC/TXT or PDF accounting export and your already extracted statements. Choose statements for the account being compared and a consistent currency. Maximum: 10,000 rows on each side.

  1. 01

Import and check your accounting data

Upload your file, review the preview and currency. If needed, open advanced settings to choose the sheet, columns, formats or filter an account.

  2. 02

    Choose your bank statements

Select 1 to 50 already extracted statements. All their transactions are included. The wizard checks the data before preparing the report.

  3. 03

    Review the suggestions

Create the report, review matches and validate them individually or in bulk after confirmation. You can undo a validation.

All accounting entries are included by default. The account filter is optional: check the scope when using an export with several accounts.

Two sources, a clear comparison

You stay in control of every match.

Useful for preparing your accounting review, spotting a missing entry or checking a timing difference between bank and books.

01

To review / Validated

A suggested match becomes validated only after your action. Matching uses currency, signed amount, date and, where applicable, reference or description.

02

Bank / Accounting only

These transactions have no unique match. They remain visible for review: a missing match or ambiguity is not automatically an accounting error.

03

Exportable report

Download Excel, CSV or PDF with statuses and transaction sources. Your source entries and statements are not changed.

Your bank reconciliation questions

Does importing accounting data use credits?

Reading Excel, CSV or FEC/TXT and creating a reconciliation cost 0 credits. An accounting PDF must first be extracted, with confirmation of the usual cost.

Are entries validated automatically?

No. You control every decision, including bulk validation. No source entry is changed.

Does this report close my books?

It helps you compare transactions. It is not an accounting close, certification or reconciliation balance calculation.
