Home Multi-statement module · Statement merge

Combine up to 50 converted bank statements without changing the original files.

The smart view matches equivalent columns, adds the source of each row, and sorts by date when it is recognized. The side-by-side view preserves each structure.

Multi-statement module

How it works in BankStatementLab

From 2 to 50 completed extractions, up to 10,000 combined transactions.

  1. 1

    Extract your statements first

Import each statement as usual. Once completed, it appears in your history and can be selected in the module.

  2. 2

Open Merge and choose your extractions

From My Extractions, click Merge. The modal shows completed extractions only: select the ones to combine, then start the merge.

  3. 3

Get one merged extraction without changing the sources

Smart view aligns equivalent columns and keeps the source of every row. Side-by-side view preserves each statement’s structure.
